You don’t need any prior experience in moving, owning a business or operating a franchise business. We understand that most new franchise owners do not have prior experience owning their own business. However, having a passion for business and people is strongly recommended.
Your first step is to submit the Request a Franchise Kit form found on our website. Once we have received the form from you, we will contact you to have an initial discussion and determine if you meet the qualifications we seek. Once determined that you qualify, we will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). At that time, we both engage in conversation to provide each of us with the information we need to make a decision on beginning what we hope will be a long and successful relationship.
The initial term if for a period of 10 years, after which you can renew in 10-year increments pursuant to the Franchise Agreement and lease availability.
Absolutely! We understand that you may want the flexibility to open in multiple markets and have complete control of your territory. You are provided a protected territory as part of your franchise agreement.
You should expect to open within 60 to 90 days after the signing of your Franchise Agreement.
Financing through a third party is available.
Our initial training program consists of approximately one week of classroom and on-site training at a company-owned market in Forsyth, Georgia (in the middle Georgia area). Your training program will include administrations functions, operatins, marketing concepts, customer service training, personnel training, and other important aspects of running the day-to-day business of a Ready To Move Franchse.
We will work with you to locate a suitable market for your franchise. There are many factors that can affect the success of a franchised business, and we will help you to identify a market within our guidelines, but ultimately, the decision is yours are where to open.
Yes of course. Your success is our success. We will assist you with all aspects of your opening, and we will be in attendance.
We provide some basic financial operating information in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which will be provided to you after receipt of a full application.
